Hospitality Leadership Institute
Developing leaders for Anguilla's luxury hospitality sector.
Virtual now. On-island late 2026.
For twenty years, I developed leaders in demanding academic environments. I watched nervous students become confident teachers, and I learned that the principles of leadership development transcend sector.
A front desk supervisor faces challenges surprisingly similar to a new department chair. Both need practical tools, trusted guidance, and someone who believes they can grow.
Now I'm bringing that experience to Anguilla's luxury resorts.
MY APPROACH TO HOSPITATLITY LEADERSHIP
Practical – Tools participants use the next day, not theory
Contextualized – Rooted in Anguillan workplace culture and values
Relationship-Based – Building trust before prescribing solutions
Flexible – Virtual now, on-site when I arrive

VIRTUAL LEADERSHIP AUDIT
Diagnostic review of your supervisory effectiveness. Includes remote interviews, document review, findings presentation, and written report with prioritized recommendations.
My Approach:
I don't believe in dropping a 50-page report on your desk and walking away. An audit should be the beginning of a conversation, not the end of one.
I begin by listening—to your GM, your HR director, your department heads. I review your turnover data, your training materials, your documentation. I look for patterns, not problems.
Then I sit with what I've learned. I ask: What's working? What's gap? What's possible?
What you receive is not a list of deficiencies but a roadmap forward—prioritized, practical, and tailored to your unique context. And I don't disappear after delivering it.
A 30-day follow-up is included because implementation matters more than diagnosis.
The result: Clarity without judgment. Direction without prescription. A partner who stays in the room.
Basic Audit: $1,500 (3 interviews, 1-hour presentation)
Comprehensive Audit: $2,500 (5+ interviews, written report, 90-min presentation, 30-day follow-up)
MANAGER COACHING
One-on-one coaching for department heads and supervisors. Weekly or bi-weekly sessions focused on team motivation, difficult conversations, time management, and career development.
• Single Session: $250
• 4-Session Bundle: $900
• 8-Session Bundle: $1,700
My Approach:
Coaching is not consulting. I don't tell you what to do. I help you discover what you already know but can't yet see.
Each session begins with your agenda—the challenge you're facing, the conversation you're dreading, the decision you're avoiding. I listen for what's beneath the surface: the fear, the hope, the story you're telling yourself about why this is hard.
Then we build. Tools for tomorrow. Frameworks for next week. Awareness that lasts.
I've sat with hundreds of leaders over two decades—as a dean, as a pastor, as a trusted listener. I know that the best leaders aren't the ones with all the answers. They're the ones brave enough to ask the right questions.
The result: Confidence you can feel. Clarity you can act on. A thinking partner who has no agenda but your growth.
• Single Session: $250
• 4-Session Bundle: $900
• 8-Session Bundle: $1,700

Conflict Resolution for Supervisors

My Approach:
I've sat through too many dead Zoom calls to inflict one on you.
Every workshop is designed for engagement—breakout rooms where real conversation happens, polls that surface honest feedback, collaborative documents where ideas take shape. No lectures. No death by PowerPoint.
Content is rooted in real scenarios your supervisors actually face: the former peer who won't take direction, the guest who won't calm down, the staff member who's burning out. We practice together before they're on their own.
And because learning doesn't end when the session does, each participant leaves with tools they can use immediately—checklists, templates, conversation guides.
The result: Supervisors who don't just know what to do but know how to do it. Skills that stick because they were practiced, not just heard.
• Up to 8 participants: $4,000
• 9–12 participants: $5,000
• 13–16 participants: $6,000
PROGRAM DESIGN RETAINER
Custom curriculum development for your internal training team. I design professional-grade materials for you to deliver.
• Facilitator Guide: Session scripts, timing, activities
• Participant Workbook: Exercises, worksheets, resources
• Slide Deck: Professionally designed, editable
• Evaluation Instruments: Pre/post assessments
My Approach:
You know your property better than I ever will. You have internal trainers who know your culture, your people, your rhythms. What you may lack is time—and a curriculum designer who can turn your expertise into structured learning.
That's where I come in.
I don't hand you a generic program and call it done. I sit with your team, learn your context, understand your challenges.
Then I design materials that feel like yours—because they are.
Facilitator guides that actually guide. Participant workbooks that engage. Slides that communicate. All built for your trainers to deliver with confidence.
The result: Professional-grade curriculum that bears your name, your voice, your values. Training that outlasts any single engagement.
Investment: $3,000–$5,000
STRATEGIC CONSULTATION
Hourly advice for specific challenges. Perfect for targeted questions, occasional advice, or relationship building.
My Approach:
Sometimes you don't need a program. You need perspective.
A tough call with a corporate owner. A reorganization you're not sure how to navigate. A compliance question that's keeping you up at night.
I offer myself as a sounding board—someone who's led through complexity, who understands both the operational and the human dimensions, who has no agenda but your clarity.
An hour. A focused conversation. A fresh pair of eyes.
The result: Decisions you can make with confidence. Problems that look smaller after being spoken aloud. A partner who's there when you need them.
• Hourly Consultation: $200/hour
• Half-Day (4 hours): $700
THE 60-DAY STRIKE FOR HOSPITALITY
My signature compliance concept applies directly to resort operations. The "60-Day Strike" refers to the critical stabilization period following any compliance finding—when organizations must demonstrate corrective
action before full clearance.
My Approach:
When the inspector leaves and the citation arrives, panic sets in. The clock is ticking. The stakes are high. And you're not sure where to start.
I've guided dozens of organizations through this exact moment.
My approach is calm, methodical, and relentlessly practical.
We assess what was cited and why.
We build a corrective action plan that satisfies regulators and actually improves your operation.
We train your team on new requirements.
We document everything.
And we don't stop until the follow-up inspection is behind you.
The result: Not just compliance, but confidence. Systems that last. A strike period that becomes a turning point, not a crisis.
LABOR COMPLIANCE STRIKE SUPPORT
Post-inspection stabilization. Includes documentation remediation, supervisor training, and liaison support during follow-up.
Investment: $3,500–$6,000
WORKPLACE SAFETY STRIKE PREVENTION
Proactive audit of safety protocols, training gaps, and documentation before inspection.
Investment: $2,500–$4,000
POST-INSPECTION CORRECTIVE ACTION PLANNING
Standalone half-day intensive to map out strike response.
Investment: $1,500–$2,500
ON-ISLAND OFFERINGS (COMING LATE 2026)
HOSPITALITY SUPERVISOR CERTIFICATE
Flagship 6-module program delivered on-site over 8-12 weeks. Covers leading teams, communication, conflict resolution, performance management, compliance, and service excellence.
My Approach:
This is my flagship program—six modules, eight to twelve weeks, delivered on your property with your people.
It's not a course they attend. It's a journey they take.
Each module builds on the last. Between sessions,
They practice.
They try.
They fail, sometimes, in safe ways.
They come back with questions.
We refine together.
By the end, they're not just certified. They're transformed—more confident, more capable, more connected to each other and to your property's mission.
The result: A cohort of supervisors who lead with skill and heart. A culture shift that outlasts any single program. An investment that pays dividends for years.
• Per cohort (10-15 participants): $8,000–$12,000
• Individual Module (standalone): $2,500–$3,500
TRAIN-THE-TRAINER PROGRAM
Equip your internal team to sustain leadership development. Includes curriculum framework, coaching on facilitation skills, observation and feedback, and certification for internal trainers.
My Approach:
The greatest gift I can give you is not my presence but your own capacity.
I designed this program for properties ready to sustain leadership development internally.
I train your trainers—not just in content, but in facilitation. How to read a room. How to ask questions that land. How to create safety for hard conversations.
I observe them, coach them, certify them.
And then I step back, available for ongoing support but no longer needed for every session.
The result: Internal capacity that scales. Leadership development that becomes part of who you are, not just something you buy.
Investment: $5,000–$7,000 flat fee
CUSTOM ON-SITE WORKSHOPS
Half-day or full-day intensives on specific topics tailored to your property's needs.
My Approach:
Sometimes you need one session on one topic. That's fine.
I design intensives that go deep fast.
Half a day or a full day, focused entirely on what you need right now—conflict resolution, service excellence, giving feedback, whatever matters most.
We move. We practice. We leave with something usable.
The result: Targeted development that fits your schedule and solves your specific challenge.
• Half-Day (3-4 hours): $3,000–$4,000
• Full-Day (6-7 hours): $4,500–$6,000
EXECUTIVE COACHING (IN-PERSON)
Monthly on-site sessions for General Managers and Department Heads.
My Approach:
The higher you rise, the fewer people tell you the truth.
I offer that truth—with compassion, with discretion, with no agenda but your success.
Monthly sessions where you can think out loud, test ideas, wrestle with decisions.
A partner who's been where you are and remembers what it felt like.
The result: Clarity at the top. Confidence in your choices. A leader who leads better because someone is leading them.
• Single Session: $400
• Monthly Retainer (4 sessions): $1,500
KEYNOTE / CONFERENCE ADDRESS
Inspiring, practical presentations for industry events.
My Approach:
I don't do speeches that entertain and disappear.
Whether it's 20 minutes or an hour, I design every address to land—stories that stick, insights that challenge, calls to action that linger after the applause fades.
